  • Standard Shipping (UK): Typically takes 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (UK): Delivered within 2-5 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times and costs vary by destination. Charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. This number can be used to check the status of your package on our carrier’s website, offering up-to-date information on the location of your items.

4. Delivery Times

Please note that the delivery times provided are estimates, starting from the date of dispatch rather than the date the order was placed. While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, external factors can cause delays.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Deliveries to remote areas in the UK such as the Highlands, Northern Ireland, Alaska and International Orders may take longer than standard estimates.

If you are not available to take delivery, the carrier will leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule or where to collect your package. Please follow these instructions to ensure you receive your order promptly.
